As US-trained medicinal chemist, Dr. Liang got his Ph.D degree from UC Berkeley then worked for top 10 pharmaceutical company as Senior Scientist. With extensive working experience in medicinal chemistry and process chemistry, Dr. Liang will lead OKeanos R&D activities and further strengthen OKeanos' efforts to be premier medicinal chemistry company.
